Starting to think a flatshare with persons unknown just isn't going to give me enough space; would be fine getting a 2-bed place with someone I know but looks like what I really need it a cheap 1-bed or studio place, preferably unfurnished.

Or maybe I should just flog all my furniture... got some nice stuff though...
