So, SS1 has won the X-prize, and I've just broken the power switch on my washing machine. Think we know who's won that round.
Update: Solution: use one of the *other* spade-SP/PTM switches in that bank that are *never* used as a power switch... knew I did that hardware degree for *something*.

In other news, the Creative Commons lecture today was very good - for anyone wondering why a UK version is required, it's primarily because UK law differs from US, and so you have to jump through different hoops to grant rights to others.
However, this being Creative Commons, there will be slight "tweaks" and "improvements", but probably no susbstantial differences.
