Lunch, as provided by the company for the duration of the course, finally turned up 40 minutes late. I was entering a sugar crash by the time it was due, so when it did turn up I was pretty much blacking out - I was thankfully kept by this by a colleague's provision of chocolate cake, but now I've eaten I can feel a sugar high and corresponding headache coming on. I am unchuffed.
