A little bird small PHP script tells me it's BU tonight...

goes to EDF. I left EDF for a "green" electricity supplier a couple months ago, and informed them of this when I terminated the contract.

Today I received from them a letter, plus brochure, plus SAE, plus containing envelope, all on very shiny, glossy paper. The brochure claimed to be from a "sustainable wood source" but nothing else owned up. The purpose of this letter was to tell me firstly that (shock, horror) they supply electricity (at a certain price), and secondly, to present their full green credentials; they'd planted trees to "carbon offset" the energy used in creating and sending this letter.

I shan't be rushing back. Although it looks like work will be converting to ecotricity soon.
