How often do you get "I can't mail this person" or "This person can't mail me" queries? ie not user error, but SMTP fuckups, DNS weirdities etc? I'm wondering if one every week or two for a 30-person company means there's an unusual degree of fubar.

ETA: I presume you all have multiple MXs?
